ABOUT GRANTS MANAGEMENT
Grants Management offers both an assortment of services and our own grants management software that will improve your organization’s chances of *successfully* applying for grants:
We specialize in writing grant applications for non-profit organizations that have unique, cost-effective outreach programs and great strategic visions for the application of available (but scarce!) grants funding.
We create winning grant applications using extensive, customized research that is customized specifically to your non-profit organization’s mission and programs or projects. This research is combined with on-site, E-mail and/or telephone collaboration and applicable print and electronic-based data that are probably already available in your office.
Together, we easily manage suitable prospective grant sources from discovery through application, defense and approval using our own unique Microsoft Windows-based grants management software. This Windows-based software application can be easily implemented on a single PC or network and updated on an on-going basis, either by your staff via E-mail and/or by us via on-site visits (if practical). Working together, we can quickly begin using our grants management software to submit several outstanding (*and winning*) grant applications for your organization each month / each week / each day (as suitable grants availability and due dates permits, of course).
GRANT FEES
Our fees for on-going grants research and preparation of grant applications are as follows:
The fees for our on-going grants research and application preparation, plus your non-profit organization’s use of our exclusive grants management software during the current calendar year, excluding any required grant-specific financial status reporting, is $40/hour, plus travel and per diem expenses (if any).
The fee for one-time individual, short-term grants research and/or grants application preparation projects, or development of any required grant-specific financial status reporting, is $65/hour plus travel and per diem expenses (if any).
The fee to only to purchase a license for use of our exclusive Windows-based grants management software. The cost of a license, after a 30-day free trial, is presently $300/year.
ABOUT US
The principal of Grants Management, James M. “Jim” Cowart, and his staff have over 30 years of management experience with government contracts and foundation grants for the arts, aerospace, defense and homeland security. Our experience and skills inventory includes grants research and proposal writing; project planning and scheduling; project management; budget preparation and analysis; process development; and grants management. We have extensive experience with the development, implementation and maintenance of cost-effective, Windows-based grants management systems that are scaled to fit your organization’s specific grants management reporting needs. We offer a wealth of practical management knowledge and technical expertise with a wide range of management software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite applications and our own grants management software.
